Returns & Refund Policy

At Steel Mind, every product is made specially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by customer

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Personal preference after delivery

Please make sure to check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • a damaged product

  • defective item

  • wrong product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, we will provide a replacement if eligible.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for production. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • the product is unavailable

  • the issue cannot be resolved with a replacement

  • duplicate payment was made

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
